Joint Building Committee (JBC)
JBC meets regularly with the building officials from counties and municipalities in the Greater Orlando region. Our goal is to create and maintain a constructive dialogue to promote the timely exchange of information related to plans review, permitting and inspection processes. The program is a public-private partnership with each course taught by a training team of instructors from the private and public sector, including, but not limited to, inspectors and building staff from Orange and Seminole County. Below are upcoming Courses with dates and training teams:

- The last course of the Project Superintendent Training (Course 8 - Final Inspection) is schedule for Tuesday, September 18 from 9:30 am until noon. Orange County Deputy Chief Building Officials will be the trainers for this course and will it will be held at GOBA.
