I have over 25 years experience as a real estate lawyer in the Central Florida area. I am board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate, and was previously board certified in local government law. I have represented local governments, both in-house and as outside counsel, specializing in land use matters. Currently the focus of my practice is on real property transactions, property rights, land use and zoning, real estate development, eminent domain and real estate title issues.
I currently represent home builders, land developers, hoteliers, big box retailers, senior housing providers and shopping centers. As a previous municipal attorney I bring a unique insight for my clients when dealing with local governments and add value by being able to effectively move through the site development process.
