    2019 Parade of Homes™ Winners

ORLANDO, Fla. (June 3, 2019) – The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator and promoter of the housing and building industry, announces the winners for the 66th annual Parade of Homes Orlando.

Parade of Homes Orlando was held on May 4-12 and showcased Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders and designers. Discover innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living and interior style.

Among the highlights of this year’s Parade was the showcase sponsor Meritage Homes and the Pomelo at Hawks Crest featuring a modern elevation and offers an open floor plan with lots of flexibility.

Ralph Ramirez of Sanford, Florida was the lucky winner selected at random from official entries and will receive a cabinet and appliance package valued at $10,000 from Central Kitchen & Bath Design Studio and Aggressive Appliances. Professional design consultants will guide Ramirez to select from Kitchen Craft cabinetry and Sub-Zero/Wolf appliance offerings.

The Parade of Homes entries are categorized by type to include: Remodel, Community, Production Single Family, Production Multi Family, Custom and Design Specialty Showcase and by price. Each entry was judged by building professionals from across Florida and out of state on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more.

On June 1 the winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at an awards ceremony held at Full Sail Live.
