Nikea has been a Licensed and Certified Community Manager for over 15 years and completed her Specialty Certificate to obtain the designation as Association Management Specialist. Nikea believes that continuing education is vital in a continually evolving industry and is committed to applying that knowledge to our staff and clients. As Director of Operations, Nikea assists in all departments within our organization, from management, staff training, accounting, IT, marketing, to business development.
