Adventure in Building provides Pre-Construction project management services: Estimating, Trade Partner interaction, Specification writing, etc. for Residential Building/Remodeling companies in the Central Florida Area. With a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation from NAHB, we also offer plan review and consulting on accessibility in homes. Owner/President, Monarcha Marcet, is a licensed building contractor since 1984 (CBC028164) and company president since 1990.
