Event Description:
Course Description: This course covers the requirements and steps Building Inspectors perform during roof inspections as required in the Florida Building Code and the approved set of plans. Course Learning Objectives Upon completion of the course, participants shall be able to:
Understand and implement the steps required to do a proper roof inspections
Understand and implement the steps required to do a proper re-roof inspection
Describe the requirements for inspecting roof dry in and roof final inspection
Read plans and inspect installation in accordance with approved plans
Explain the inspection requirements to contractors and builders
