   ♦  $7,500 Developer (Community + 3 Models)   
   ♦  $2,700 per entry - New Homes, Communities   
   ♦  $2,000 per entry - Remodels, Specialty Design (Kitchen/Bath, Interior Design, Pool/Spa, Landscaping)
DISCOUNTS
   ♦  $400 Off Entries: Ends Friday, Jan. 4
   ♦  $200 Off Entries: Ends Friday, Jan. 25
  ♦  Volume Discounts not available.
   ♦  All payments must be received by Feb. 15 to receive discounts.
   ♦  Full Price: Jan. 26 – Feb. 11

   ♦   Printed full-color Parade of Homes GUIDEBOOK Entry: Photo, floor plan, description, amenities listing, description of property. See 2018 Parade of Homes Guidebook.
   ♦   Expanded Website Entry with up to eight (8) color photos, expanded descriptions, virtual tour links, and full description of your company.
   ♦   Judging of entries.
   ♦   Posting on Parade of Homes SOCIAL MEDIA channels: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, GOBA
   ♦   The power of the Parade of Homes brand and a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign, includes digital, print, and social media.

   ♦   Entrants can publicize specific dates and times their entries will be open to the public.
   ♦   Each entry to be featured on a FULL PAGE on ParadeOfHomes.com with opportunities for all members and interactive search capabilities for consumers.
   ♦   Judging Dates: May 2 and May 3
   ♦   Grand Judging: May 10

PARADE ENTRY RULES & REGULATIONS
   ♦   Entry fees must be paid in full prior to receiving any of the entry benefits. Entries may not be completed until funds have been received (and cleared) by the Greater Orlando Builders Association.
   ♦   Entrants must sign the 2019 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
   ♦   All entries open for tours must carry public LIABILITY INSURANCE (minimum of $500,000). A Certificate of Insurance is a requirement of entry and the Greater Orlando Builders Association, Inc. must be listed as an additional insured party.
   ♦   All Entries owned by someone other than the Parade entrant, must obtain an owner AFFIDAVIT granting permission for the property to be showcased in the Parade of Homes. Affidavits must be provided to the GOBA prior to the entry going live. DOWNLOAD AFFIDAVIT forms: OPEN TO PUBLIC   /  NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC
   ♦   No entry/entrant/participant may charge admission or solicit donations for access to their entry in the Parade of Homes.
   ♦   The Greater Orlando Builders Association's Parade of Homes Committee and the sitting President of the Association reserve the right to refuse an entry, and edit any and all content to be published on Parade of Homes materials (including, but not limited to ParadeOfHomes.com and the official Guidebook)
   ♦   Entries must be complete and ready for judges both days, May 2 and May 3 between the hours of 8am-5pm to be eligible for an award. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
   ♦   Grand Judging take place Friday, May 10. Entries must be available for judging between the hours of 8am-5pm to be eligible for a Grand Award.
