SAM TRAM is a chauffered, air-conditioned bus tour of homes in Central Florida, exclusively for qualified REALTORS®. It’s a great way for REALTORS to learn the new home market and gain valuable inventory knowledge. Space is limited on the bus tours, so sign up for your seat now!
Applicant Qualifications:• Must be A REALTOR® for less than two (2) years
• OR has sold at least one to two new homes in the last 12 months
• Attend GOBA SMC Event for REALTORS® on October 19
